Project Performance

Our approach to project delivery is based on several facts about implementation illustrated in the chart above.

• The most important decisions are made at the start of any human endeavor. This is when we address questions such as "What to do?", identify goals and select strategic plans of action.
  
• The cost of change increases as any project progresses. In the beginning, few resources have been committed. Later on not only have resources been expended but the interactions of thousands of decisions have increased the complexity of making change.

We respond by making extra effort early in the project when the most important decisions are made and when the cost of change is minimal. By starting with clear purpose in the correct direction, the project success is achieved with minor mid-course corrections.

The success of many of our projects depended on the success of early phases. For example, SafeCard Services, Inc. and Check Sorting Operation for First National Bank of Chicago.
